The Codex Alimentarius considers a product with less than 20 ppm suitable for coeliacs. Our Beer is bellow 10ppm so it is suitable for coeliacs!

We use special process, which includes enzimatic reactions that break gluten molecule apart and then special filtering process that makes it gluten free! Each batch we make is bellow <10ppm (parts per million) of gluten content and is tested by certified regulatory laboratory.
